چکیده
This work shows the potential of modified screen-printed carbon electrodes (SPCEs) for sensitive and selective detection 4-ethylphenol in wine. Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) fullerene C60 (C60), sensors have been compared. pH supporting electrolyte, deposition time working temperature optimized considering their influence voltammetric pulse response 4-ethylphenol. Under optimal conditions measurement, developed activated C60/SPCE (AC60/SPCE) best performance, with a capability 400 μg/L 700 μg/L, when using times 14 min 6 min, respectively (α = β 0.05). The reproducibility sensor resulted better was used (5.4 %, n 3). different interferents on analytical has studied, as well application determination wine samples.

Screen-Printed Carbon Electrodes Modified with Cobalt Phthalocyanine for Selective Sulfur Detection in Cosmetic Products
Cobalt phthalocyanine (CoPc) films were deposited on the surface of a screen-printed carbon electrode using a simple drop coating method. The cyclic voltammogram of the resulting CoPc modified screen-printed electrode (CoPc/SPE) prepared under optimum conditions shows a well-behaved redox couple due to the (Co(I)/Co(II)) system. The CoPc/SPE surface demonstrates excellent electrochemical activi...

We report on the direct electrochemical detection of aptamer-protein interactions, namely between a DNA aptamer and lysozyme (LYS) based on electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) technique. First, the affinity of the aptamer to LYS and control proteins was presented by using filter retention assay. An amino-modified version of the DNA aptamer-recognizing lysozyme was covalently immobilize...
متن کاملScreen-Printed Carbon Electrodes Modified by Rhodium Dioxide and Glucose Dehydrogenase
The described glucose biosensor is based on a screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE) modified by rhodium dioxide, which functions as a mediator. The electrode is further modified by the enzyme glucose dehydrogenase, which is immobilized on the electrode's surface through electropolymerization with m-phenylenediamine. The enzyme biosensor was optimized and tested in model glucose samples. The bi...
متن کاملCobalt Phthalocyanine Modified Electrodes Utilised in Electroanalysis: Nano-Structured Modified Electrodes vs. Bulk Modified Screen-Printed Electrodes
Cobalt phthalocyanine (CoPC) compounds have been reported to provide electrocatalytic performances towards a substantial number of analytes. In these configurations, electrodes are typically constructed via drop casting the CoPC onto a supporting electrode substrate, while in other cases the CoPC complex is incorporated within the ink of a screen-printed sensor, providing a one-shot economical ...

Herein, we evaluated the use of paper towel, waxed paper, and Parafilm M® (Heathrow Scientific, Vernon Hills, IL, USA) as alternative substrates for screen-printed sensor manufacturing. Morphological study was performed to evaluate the adhesion of the ink on these uncommon substrates, as well as the morphology of the working electrode. The electrochemical characterization was carried out using ...
